Cross-border orders
Orders can be placed only for destinations offered at checkout. Product prices use the currency shown; confirm your order currency and total before paying. Shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Unless checkout explicitly includes import duties and import taxes, these are not prepaid and may be collected by customs or the carrier. Currency-conversion or international-payment fees may be charged by your bank. No Christmas arrival date is guaranteed.
Our 30-day change-of-mind promise does not replace mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable, EU customers retain their 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right as described in our Refund Policy.
