The KEPT trimmer uses a fine-tooth trimming mechanism to catch and remove visible protruding ends as you guide it slowly down small sections of hair. It does not cut across the length — only the ends that protrude from the main shaft. Think of it as a targeted tidy-up rather than a cut.

It works best on clean, dry, and fully detangled hair. It is suitable for straight, wavy, and lightly curly hair textures. We recommend detangling completely before use. If your hair is very coily or tightly curled, results may be less consistent.

It is designed to target the visible ends that stick out from the hair shaft rather than to cut across your length. Results vary with hair condition and technique.

The trimmer is cordless and rechargeable. Use only the supplied or manufacturer-approved charging method, and follow the charging guidance in the supplied instruction manual.

Follow the supplied manufacturer instructions. Switch the device off before cleaning. Keep the device dry and do not immerse it in water. Remove collected hair carefully as instructed in the manual. Store it in a clean, dry location away from excessive heat. Only use the supplied or manufacturer-approved charging method.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the trimmer is unused, unopened, undamaged and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Used products are not eligible under this voluntary change-of-mind promise. This does not limit Australian Consumer Law, any applicable EU withdrawal right, or other mandatory consumer rights. No. The trimmer removes visible protruding and split ends — it does not repair or heal the hair fibre. Once an end is split or damaged, trimming is the only way to remove it. The device gives you an at-home option to do that between salon visits without cutting your length.
